Our MISSION is to put young girls in the driver’s seat of their future STEM career – in design, engineering, fabrication, business – related to the transportation industries on land, sea and air.

Our VISION is to see a girl in every level of business who helps to drive transportation and humankind forward.

S.T.E.M. TRAINING

We are a STEM education club for girls in middle school and high school who are interested in discovering more about career paths in the transportation industries – cars, airplanes, rockets, boats, rail, trucks, EV – in the specialties of design, engineering, mechanics, fabrication and business.

From wrenching to driving to entrepreneurship, the career paths for girls are limitless. They just haven’t been exposed to the possibilities….yet.

As an extra-curricular club, inclusion in this program benefits girls pursuing STEM careers in any industry by giving them real-life experience, allowing them to better understand and innovate for the future. Our 15 Education Tracks provide the essential life skills and career development needed to succeed.

We are creating a safe space for young girls to try new things – a solution-based THINK TANK for Teenage Girls – to expand their knowledge, and be themselves.

After all, how do you know if you are on the right career track until you get your hands dirty?

Athena Racing is VIRTUAL and provides a club, internships, camps & a private social network for female students in middle & high school.
