teachings of a Mentor

“It is imperative that young women have mentors to support and help them discover their passion. It is equally important to teach young women how to open doors and keep them open for their predecessors.”

-Sandra Bauler

Created innovative safety training for the military around everything Powersports with the primary goal is to reduce mishaps. To date, we have served over 100,000 military personnel in multiple states. We developed a motorcycle mentorship training that teaches advanced control and techniques for riders who have been riding for over 1 year. We build in a mentorship mindset that is scientifically based while teaching how and when to be a mentor. We utilize the skill of top motorcycle riders to engage and teach this course. Currently, Rickey Gadson (12x AMA world street bike champion) is our lead instructor for the Drive2Ride Mentorship Course and a national keynote speaker.

I read somewhere that in one race season, you succeed and fail more than some experience in a lifetime. Then add to that responsibility: wife, mother, grandmother, career woman, entrepreneur, spokesperson, teacher. These experiences have been amazing, but lose their value if you don’t mentor or pass them down.
