NICK SAVILLE

STRATEGY & OPTIMIZATION MANAGER, APM TERMINALS

A Massachusetts native, Nick attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy where he was exposed to the expansive world of the maritime industry through the classroom and internship experiences.

Upon graduating in 2014, Nick began his career at PNCT, a terminal in the port of New York and New Jersey, as a Marine Superintendent. In that position, he facilitated safe and efficient vessel operations.

Since 2018, he has worked for APM terminals, in the same the port of New York and New Jersey complex, where he has held numerous positions from vessel to rail operations. Currently, Nick works in planning and strategy that is necessary to facilitate operations. Part of his duties include coming up with creative solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.

Outside of work Nick is an active athlete who enjoys running, sports, traveling and cooking along with most his wife and dog.
