teachings of a Mentor

“STEM careers and motorsports are both fields that are heavily male-dominated. The fact that we are bringing both together is amazing.

Being younger than the other board directors, I feel I have gained a closer relationship with all the girls on the team and can better understand their struggles and what they are going through. I respect and see a lot of potential in each of them.”

I am currently in college studying towards a business major. Racing is much like running your own business. Everything I do on a day-to-day basis will teach me many valuable lessons, even if I am not racing.
